Position Summary:
The Therapy Center is a multidisciplinary healthcare office that values compassion, collaboration, and quality care. We are a warm and well-established office that has been in Middlesex County since 1995. We specialize in orthopedic rehabilitation for sports and accident-related injuries, family wellness, and general therapeutic care.
We foster a supportive, team-oriented environment where you’ll be supported and respected as a professional. We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and passionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. Our office is a uniquely comfortable space with a friendly and dedicated staff, focused on delivering exceptional care tailored to each patient’s individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide therapeutic massage services tailored to patient needs including relaxation, rehabilitation, and pain relief.
– Collaborate with physical therapists and chiropractors to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
– Create a welcoming, professional, and calming atmosphere for patients.
– Uphold all state licensing and health/safety standards.

Qualifications (required):
– Completion of an accredited Massage Therapy program.
– Current and valid New Jersey Massage Therapy License.
– Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach.

Hours should include Monday and Wednesday 3pm-6pm, Friday 2pm-5pm and Saturday 9am-12pm additional hours are negotiable.
Flexible work hours, $30.00 – $37.00/hour; benefits include PTO, 401k with employer match, and Annual Performance Bonus.
