– Full-Time: Wed-Sun, 3pm-11pm
– Full-Time: Sun-Thurs, 3pm-11pm

**Position Overview:**
Direct Care staff at Centerboard’s Youth Service Campus are vital to the treatment team. They provide a safe, structured environment and support youth in managing behavioral and emotional challenges. Staff help teach coping skills, maintain facility safety, and document daily interactions while assisting residents with daily living activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Document incidents, interactions, and progress notes
– Respond to crises using Behavior Management Techniques
– Ensure safety and security of residents and the facility
– Support residents with life skills and daily activities (e.g., medical appointments, school, therapy)
– Build positive relationships with residents, colleagues, and others
– Cook meals, maintain facility cleanliness, and oversee medication administration
– Conduct room searches, fire drills, and drug tests
– Transport youth to appointments and supervise field trips
– Maintain communication logs and complete required documentation

**Additional Duties:**
– Ensure smooth transition between shifts and report key information
– Complete necessary training and maintain logs
– Oversee 15-minute resident checks during overnight shifts, maintaining building security and wakefulness
