Position: Above Ground Pool Installer

About Us: Blue World Pools, Inc. / Global Sun Pools, Inc. is one of the largest above ground pool retailers in the country. We’ve successfully been in business nationwide since 1982.

Requirements and Expectations:

Average 20-30 installs per month
Average one install per day (average 6-8 hour install time based on a 24′ round)
Average $1,400-$1,600 Per Install
AVERAGE $20,000-$30,000 PER MONTH!
Must have either above ground pool installation experience, heavy equipment operators experience, or significant dirt work and grading experience
Must have access to a full-size truck
Must have access to a trailer
Must have access to a bobcat or front loader
Must have access to a transit or laser level
Must have access to a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (we can help you with this)
Must have at least one helper
Must be available to work full-time
Must be able to start immediately
$500 signing bonus paid on first check
$2,500 quick start bonus paid in 5 payments of $500
$1,000 weekly bonus paid weekly
Paid daily after every install
